As Lead Designer, I led the end-to-end UX/UI prototype development of the PayShap QR payment experience. The focus was on enabling seamless, secure real-world transactions. I created detailed user journeys to map interaction flows for both payer and recipient, ensuring clarity at every touchpoint.
The final interface prioritised scannability, intuitive navigation, and frictionless confirmation to support fast, trustworthy digital payments.
